peiserg, the difference is if you were selling you would probably disclose the flaws or have them fixed before selling. Very frustrating when people misrepresent a car for sale, especially when there are travel and inspection costs involved.

You made the right decision. I agree with others that if there were undisclosed cosmetic issues, maybe not a well cared for car. You will find the right one.

The pipes on whoever's car that is look jet coated until the tips, which look stainless. Tips on yours stainless, or something else? If you do bumper delete, you've got to do the right exhaust.

If you go that route, I would keep the exhaust pipes the same color from the back of the car to the tips. Either stainless, or jet hot coating in black or silver. Sorry for slight thread hi-jack.

I only noticed because it kind of looks like my Heffner exhaust and you can see where the jet hot coating meets the chrome tips. My bumper covers the jet hot part. I agree, does not look bad, kind of retro. Doesn't Ed Simms or someone have exhaust similar where the pipes stick out a bit with...
