When I got the e-mail from GoPro last night I thought of you, Ed. IMO not enough difference for my use to justify upgrading.

Agreed, Dick. I wouldn't either. Another $400 for a few improvements over the 3? Still vastly better than my HERO 2, but mine works just fine for now. Now why can't they just sell the camera and case? I don't need that silly remote. I don't think anyone with a smartphone even uses that thing.

Funny, I do.... I use the strap and have it on the gear shift. To me easier than bumbling with a phone. Especially on track.
