Damn, A new MX5 Miata weighs 2330 with all fluids, FRS about 2700. I know the powertrain is heavier but the car has so much carbon fiber I had hoped for 2800 wet. I guess it must be the steel roll structure, DCT, Turbo's / inter coolers, and hydraulic systems.

I really don't think there is a bad combination for the GT. It is so unique that it would be just short of impossible to have an ugly GT..... Day Glow orange might do it though.
