That description is very true. The GT is very ordinary in the way it drives. It is amazing that this level of performance can be achieved without the rough edges (ride quality, road and engine noise, etc.) of other performance cars.

I agree with BlackICE, CARS ARE NOT INVESTMENTS. Very similar to other personal property like my boat. I think anyone that is stretching to buy this car for investment is going in the wrong direction. Most of us owners love cars and have had or still own many of the world’s best sports cars...

I have experienced a limiter at a little above 6,500 RPMs, I think it is a shut off of fuel as opposed to electric. The car revs so quickly it sounds to me like you rev'ed too high and the limiter kicked in.

FGT4me, I agree with you point for performance gas engines. As mentioned in my last post I have diesels that are $100k a piece in my boat and they demand extremely clean air and came stock with K&N. Dirty will quickly harm the turbos.
