It has been a pleasure to be involved with this forum since 2007 or...

Interesting Product to Protect Your Car

Was at a Autorama show this past weekend and saw this product in action. Pretty cool and simple. Expensive, but for those who have told horror stories at a car show, not a bad item to have. Obviously in some venues using this might be an invitation for someone to be an idiot, but at a show this...

    Ford GT on Cranky Ape

"has to be frame damage. the insurance companies get real jittery when they see any kind of chassis and frame damage, even minor because I've repaired cars that looked a lot worse than that." Fair assessment - the insurance company will not warranty a frame repair - so given the cost of a new...

How do you know if a Cobra is real?

Ed, it is and they did not fire it up. Great backdrop for the show. It was owned by the late Tom Wood (big car dealer here) and his family is now maintaining the fleet. I think his son was a fighter pilot as well. These are some ofthe planes...

How do you know if a Cobra is real?

To the left of our GT is a real 64 289 Cobra. We did a blog series on the ownership of the car. This was from a car show this weekend in Indy. 3 GT's, Cobra, 458 cpe, 458 Spider, F Dino, and some other nice rides.
