And finally, we hit a couple of local Saturday evening car gatherings with the two MkIV Red GTs. Look carefully at the last photo. Behind the crowd of people, you can see a glimpse of the 2021 GT being swarmed. I kind of felt bad for the old GT, except for the significant number of people who, after checking out the new one, said they still prefer the old one! Still, no denying the unbelievable presence of the new GT, and that photo speaks volumes.

I’m attending Keels and Wheels in Seabrook, Texas, south of Houston. The best concours in Texas. I brought the Mk II at the invitation of Tony Hamon. The main display is Ford vs. Ferrari. The movie repli-cars are on display including the Cobra driven by Matt Damon in the movie. Had a nice chat with Peter Miles, Ken’s son, who sat in my track machine.

Congratulations AJ, his Mark II blew them away! A blast was had by all! Check Me Out setting driving Aaron Shelby’s Movie car 289 Cobra for the show. This was the Cobra mat Damon drove in the movie. Anyone ever hear of Chuck Cantwell the engineer who turned the secretary‘s Mustang into a GT 350R race car. He came to the show with 40 California car collectors including Bruce Meyers, Barry Mxguire to enjoy the festivities at Keels&Wheels. Even with rain on Saturday and a perfect day today we set records! I’m on the board now and headed up the Car Selection team and I’ve never worked so hard. We had a blast making money for our Charities. More picture to come! Thank you AJ and David Rowan whose Car blew everyone away!

Well dadgummit! Me and my 2 buds rode our motorcycles yesterday from my house in Gainesville thru Ocala to Gator Joe's on Lake Weir. Coulda stopped by to see it, had I known.

Sue and I were blessed to be with the best! Aaron Shelby, Peter Miles, Chuck Cantwell, Trayce Smith and Scott Black this weekend at Keels & Wheels. We celebrated the Ford VS Ferrari with Ford GT of Every kind and shape and the same amount of Ferrari’s at our show. Ford Motor Co and Carroll Shelby should be happy. Here’s some special people in Sue and My life, gosh we are Blessed! Enjoy! PS Chuck Cantwell was the engineer who turned the Secretary’s Mustang into a winning GT350R Championship and is 83 years old and going strong!

But I drive mine ! In 2 years I now have 11,500 miles! So you may ask but what have I done with my new Ford GT? I drive it and enjoy every mile and every exit ramp I get to myself! Sunset last night was very pleasant and relaxing! But the ride was the best part!
