Please specify what you consider "LOW MILEAGE"??? I have a couple cars and know of a few others, but please give a RANGE of miles that you would consider.

I know where there's a 2005 with about 100 on it if you get desperate.

Oh, I'm pretty certain there are pbly DEALERS who've put cars like that away.

'Pbly a few individuals who've done the same as well.

Prying a car from either most likely will be an expensive undertaking (relative to other GT's available).

I guess I just don't get "cars in the wrapper" or super low miles.... to each his own however. I would prefer a car with a few thousand miles and taken care of which is immaterial in the long run if you are going to drive it and plan on keeping it. To pay the premium for low miles and drive it is not justifiable. If you want to keep it in a bubble (sorry Pockets) and never enjoy it then I would suggest brand new on an MSO which can be found at a premium. As for as cars for an investment, not good imo, even though the GT appears to be a good candidate. I bought mine for $145K with 600 miles on it and it was "no pick". Granted I bought it 2 years ago but it now has 12K miles and that 600 miles is irrelevant. I could have bought a brand new one for $7k more but why? Just after purchasing mine I could have bought a 5K mile one for $135K and now kick my ass for not buying it too. A few thousand miles on one to drive, if it hasn't been hurt, is the way to go imo. Even one with 200 miles COULD have been wrecked or tracked if that is your fear. Just my 2 cents......and I have been in the car business for over 30 years, if that matters. First thing I did was drive it to WalMart and park between 2 cars, then to Sonic and spilled a Coke in it. Occasionally I wash it, never the INSIDE of the wheels. Learned a long time ago that "anal" is not fun. I never "abuse" it, but " use" it.....absolutely. My car would clean up as nice as any. Never painted on, all stock. I think when you "worry" too much about parking and chips etc, they will happen even more. I can prove this time and time again. Sure, I look for for good parking spots and I'm careful, but NOT anal. I had a Bronco (O.J. version) years ago and it was cherry. Took up two parking spaces WAY out from a mall movie theater and it was keyed. Lesson 1. Had a Mercedes SL and took up two parking places WAY out at another mall. Keyed on both sides...lesson 2. No one was parked even close to me either time. Never done that since. Just enjoy the car......life is too short.

Point understood Prowler but with high end toys lets look at facts, I own a 1969 BOSS 429 with 3,867 org miles on it so I understand about the mile thing and what you can and cant drive. I guess when you get over 150k for a ride you make a list of what you want and then pursue it.I dont believe anyone went looking for a 10k mile car when there is probably a 500 mile car around,I am 42 and heard when most of my life the story of "if you need to know how many MTG this car gets you cant afford it anyway" so to the point...I personally would pay the PRICE for a low mile car thats what I earned my money for,not inherited it.Whats 10-30k when your aready buying something 2 billion people wouldnt consider a good deal at any price????I collect cars that I like to drive but I probably wont go to wally world in,nor the mall, come to thinkof it i havent been to a mall in over ten yrs.I appreciate your recomendantions and agree miles on a car are over rated in most cases, thnks GEMKID

Use the search button, thousands of words written on this subject.

Contact B-J motors and Shelby at Elite, they are great dealers.

Don't compare a Boss9 with a FGT for potential market appreciation.

Why would you want an 06 I hear they are slower than the 05's and the color white is suppose to be real slow...I guess it's your choice.

Hello CEO please explain what makes a 06 slower,I am uneducated about the GT???I appreciate your advice. maybe I should consider an 05..may have got bad advice that the 05 had a lot of problems since they were first off they the line and such,,white is not as flashy but it has its rewards,,
1.cooler i live in florida heat
2.hides scrathes the best
3.shows less dirt
4.its a neutral color morepeople can live with
5.I own 7 cars they are all white seems to be a habit now
I like blue and black which is the most sought after in the GT ???

There are threads explaining the differences.

All issues have been resolved for both the 05's and 06's.

There is no difference between the two years from a performance perspective.

Again the search button is your friend!:)

Mark quit teasing Matt with Billet-porn!!!!!! He has a-arm envy.... a bad condition that can only be solved by buying an 05.
