This might be minutiae to y'all, but I found a decent way to clean the lug nut tunnels on the wheels: Put a wet microfiber towel over a 24 mm socket, push it over the lug nut and rotate it; keep your hand on the towel, otherwise the towel doesn't rotate. 24 mm is small enough to fit in the tunnel with the towel over it and big enough that the socket and towel rotate easily over the lug nut. Repeat with a dry towel.

Ha! Funny you say that: Before the wheel cleaning yesterday, I walked into the garage and saw dirty wheels and thought "Hmm, they kinda look like my 2017 Titan's "dark chrome" wheels. Maybe dirty ain't so bad." But, no, I just can't do it: My silver GT looks badass to my eyes with nice, clean factor upgrade wheels.

On almost every sporty car I've owned I've wanted aftermarket wheels. The GT is a rare exception. I think the OEM wheels look perfect on this car.

My car came with the optional BBS forged wheels. I bought a set of the OE base wheels because I like the look better. More cars have wheels that look very similar to the BBS forged pattern now, whereas, the base wheels are unique to the GT.

Just ask for the super secret cooling device?

😎
Sort of...ask if you can purchase their solution for the Ford GT cooling challenges at higher RPM/Load.

I don't want to give out their design/IP. They saw the problem first hand and found a straight-forward fix. It is not related to fan operation. I believe it is a fix they do for FGT engine build customers, but not sure it is a service they sell alone as it is a "simple fix", but takes time.

Wow, that's a big number (720 whp, for those wondering) for a stock blower (other than sc/tt setups). Yes, seems that the crank pulley must add quite a bit. I think that's about the most power I've heard of on a stock blower. Probably had some good winter air, and maybe a dyno that's a tad on the generous side?
It was more than I was expecting and I attribute the crank pulley as the cause. Historically that dyno has read low - Murci put down +100whp on a different dyno; '00 Viper (cat delete, 3" exhaust, ACR intake, light flywheel & wheels) put down 380whp; stock 458 put down 400whp. But I am more concerned with the data of the before/after than peak figures.

If you want to stay in the throttle... give Accufab a call and see if they have a solution for you that is relatively inexpensive.
I put in The GT guy racing radiator. Rich also sealed around the rad pack so all the incoming air went thru the rad pack
We also removed the exit screens
We also made the brake ducts functional . Great for brake cooling. It also blows the brake dust out and keeps the wheels a bit cleaner.
My runs in the heat of summer around 180
When I tracked the car it only went to 210 when driving it hard! I’m no pro but can drive it pretty hard

FYI, put a new battery in my 06 last week (again!). Tried to buy an Optima unit from Jegs and Summit but they're on back order at both places. Eventually found a genuine Ford unit in stock here in Houston, but it cost $450 instead of $270! That Ford label must be made of gold or platinum!

Antigravity Group 35 is close in size to the Optima 25 and weighs half as much. Downsides: the price is quite a bit higher, since it is Group 35 the terminals are reversed.

Unfortunately it's too tall. The Frunk Liner won't go in over it.

Yes, I tried it.

A titanium exhaust is already available through Unobtanium if you do not want to go through the development process.
