If the 345/35/19 fit the stock rear wheels then you can also run the Pirelli PZero Corsa System. But they are more of a track tire at treadwear 60! A expensive replacement for Hoosiers.

The problem I see with the Corsa's is finding a matching front tire. At the 06 SEMA show the Accufab GT had the Corsa's on the rear and some
Mich PS 2's on the front.. There maybe something out there now ??

I wonder if we can mix the Bridgestone RE050 Scuderia in 345 rears with the RE050A Fronts which are available in 275/40-18 (26.5 OD) size. The tread patterns looks identical as are the wear ratings. Man if they can be used together, they'd be the alternative tires before the Dunlop tires become available.

I don't see why not if you want to go wider. The car I looked at had the RE 050A in the exact same size as stock so that's an option as well.

The 345/35 rears need a minimum rim width of 11.5" I think the stock rear is this size. Are there any clearance issues with a 345?

The 275/40 18 would need a wider than stock sized rim.

How about using the RE050 in 245/45 18 on the front instead? These should fit the stock rim.

345's

BlackICE asks: Are there any clearance issues with a 345?

I'm running 345 Pirelli's in the rear with no clearance issues. Even if driven hard.

I am sorry to announce that Dunlop will not be producing tires for the GT.

We have been pushing them to come up with an idea of pricing and delivery time. Unfortunately they came back to us with no interest. Apparently they do not feel there is enough interest to begin making these.

I have already started approaching some other tire companies to see what else we can do. We are very confident that there must be a quality company out there that wants to make good tires for this car, we just need to push them on it.

I am sorry for the negative update.
