Anyone have a recommendation on meeting place in Baker at high noon wed (i.e. LUNCH)? Sam recommended MAD GREEK. BUN BOY has a good parking lot.

There is a Bun Boy there too. They have a big parking lot. I'd like to try Mad Greek if they have the space for the cars.

Friedn of mine, Thom, from ClearMask, may be in Hesperia, has a hemi head Jeep, is a clear bra installer and has 3 FGT bras available. Coming to Vegas, Anyone interested can make contact. I have no connection or $$$ interest. He did my 08 Viper.

Are the trailer folks and those driving GTs going in the same group? If so, I never thought I would see you So. Cal guys driving 55 mph in your GTs. That is not what I observed in Newport Beach. :biggrin

We''ll probably start out together and hopefully even eat together, but I don't think it's humanly possible to drive a non-trailered GT and a trailered GT at the same rate of speed.
One party will either be very bored, or one party will be very scared.

Woboose may be driving with us, if we can get him passage to some of the events. He is in the wanna come at the last moment situation and it is tight. Maybe the FGT Gods will forgive him.

Nice to see you are still breathing~ Looking forward to seeing which one, Blue or Gulf or both? George you should drive the gulf up, fly back, drive the midnight blue up. Have them both there, that would be very cool. Then drive one back, fly up, drive the other one back.
They both deserve to be at the rally.

nix this idea, we will take either I-15 from Baker or through Pahrump on the west side of Vegas. Forget going through Searchlight, It is a trucking route from Arizona to Vegas.

AtomicGT, I'm interested if my crew chief (above) approves. Is this the good stuff that doesn't orange peel and discolor? Do you know how much coverage i.e. mirrors and such? How do I contact Thom? Sorry for all of the questions as I know you have no interest and just bringing info to us.

Atomic, I'll be putting her back on the plane on Monday. I think we'll have room for several FGTs.
Hawaii anyone? The SuperFerry is alive and doing very well. There will be about a dozen of us taking our Supercars at the end of the month to Maui. We're hooking up with a bunch of exotics over there for the weekend. This will be the first time I've taken the gal on the SuperFerry. Will let you guys know how it goes as I do hope to organize a Hawaii Rally in the not too distant future.
