I'm not wating on vents - I'm waiting on parts that deal with the blend door. The blend door (recirculation) makes a rattlesnakelike noise when it opens or closes. I wanted to make sure I had a warranty ticket opened before my warranty runs out.

You are waiting on Vintage air then, not Ford. Vintage made the evaporator case, motors and electronics. Haven't had to wait long for Vintage parts before so might not be to bad.

The dealer called today. Boost guage should be in next month. I guess they are making parts after all. I'll repost when I receive the replacement.
