I always looked at it like room air conditioners, a 5000 BTU will cool the room, but run all the time. A 10,000 BTU unit cools the room also but doesn't have to run all the time.

A rotor assembly can be retro fitted. Same housing.

Official release is approx. 6 weeks, but there will be a few beta testers out there before that.
