Kill is probably like the old "battery off" switch on the side of the car so the driver can kill power to everything from within the cabin. [I didn't see the battery switch on the race car, it is usually close to the fuel filler port.]

For all you new GT insiders, I have a question about a couple of the switches on the steering wheel. On the right side of the wheel, what are the "Neuter" and "Kill" buttons for?
