It looks like your name is on the list (see #41). When you get to the hotel they will have a meet & greet. Typically they hand out the registration packets there.

I highly recommend walking the 7 blocks from our hotel to the National WW2 Museum (the largest one in the US). Also, across the street from the WW2 Museum, the oldest museum in the state is very cool: The Civil War Museum. It is in an original 19th c. building called Memorial Hall & houses the second largest collection of Confederate artifacts in the world. They can't display it all though as the museum is small. Jeff Davis artifacts abound as he lived most of his life in MS-LA & died in NOLA. His body laid in Memorial Hall for one day so it is a revered place in the South. If you get to Biloxi visit Davis' home Beauvoir.
