Like the original GT 40s, there is a huge difference between the first Miuras and the last. For both esthetic and mechanical reasons, you want the late SV cars. Of course they are knocking on the 7 figure door now.
I agree with Chip. Our cars are the ultimate in beauty when it comes to the GT 40 and FGTs.
The other day Chip was out in Midland and drove my Solid Black GT to the gas station while i followed in my Heritage... nothing looks like a GT on the road and it was super cool to drive down the road and watch the GT...
I don't think anything out there looks better than a Ford GT...

Two days in Ray's hanger is like attending a Ford GT Rally.....only all of the GT's belong to Ray!! I drove the matte red FGT and a black no stripe which was a nice fix since my yellow GT is still in Fresno and I haven't seen it in a while :secret:. In exchange, Ray spent two hours wringing the wizz out of my Glasair III learning some aerobatics. It was great fun and Ray finally got to best his 269.9 mile run in Florida with a 330 MPH run the length of Midland International Airports runway 16 at an altitude of 8 feet. :banana
Peak Completion's Corp. Jet copilot, a very pleasant young lady, also went up to have a go at high G akro. She blacked out a few minutes into the flight but came around enough to fly a few figures on the way back to the airport. It was a great weekend.
