Any hints what these might be, other than "Coming soon"?

Fingers crossed that it is in some way related to historic schemes....

I'm pretty sure it's seat warmers and cup holders.

The likely guess are historic schemes that pay tribute to the 66 and 67 Le Mans winners, but here's an oddball guess. How about a 100% completely exposed carbon fiber body, ala what you can get on a Pagani. THAT would be a cool option. I think it's something like a $150,000 option on a Pagani (which is already something like $1.3 million).

with all the talk about how CF does in the sun and heat... wondering if that is a good idea... I know in central California in the heat it may not be... very cool looking though.

black (with stripes), gold wheels and a roundel?

Maybe even some side stripes?

Brought back some old memories. I subscribed for many years the old "Competition Press and Autoweek". Best overall race reporting I have experienced over the last 50 years. Time for a non on-line revival. Good writing, good photographs and nice advertisements.

I would pay $75K for full carbon exposed on the GT. Even that would be a deal next to Pagani or McLaren P1 option

I'm hoping for the red, white, and blue livery from this year's car!

I was hoping for a recessed ceramic side badge saying Ford GT 50th Anniversary Le Mans Edition 1966 - 2016

This isn't the first time Ive heard the spyder rumor, could it happen with such a cut in in the center section?
Id admit that would be really wild. Since the doors are like the 05/06 could be possible?

:agree:

I still have some of my originals of Competition Press and get them out now and again to refresh my memory. Timely reporting - within a week after the races. It'll be hard to replace Denise for the writing, but of course, she didn't write all of it!
