Yesterday my Tack and Speedo started being lazy. They work and are correct but not real time. There is about 1-2 sec lapse before the respond to actual rpm or speed. Is the only solution new gauges? The originals are not fixable?

My speedo and tach will read correctly but are slow in moving to the indicated RPM and Speed. It just started yesterday. I spoke to NOTARE4/Kendall and he said it requires new Gauges. Has anyone else dealt with Ford or gone with another solution for this?

I have a friend in New Jersey who has had his GT stored for a while (year plus). It's been on a tender. He took it out and the tach is no longer working. He has 37 Shelby's so the GT gets a little neglected:( Any input on the tach? Is it the dead gauge issue we see sometimes? Mike

Has anyone switched from Motocraft to the new Amsoil 5w-50 and posted any analysis numbers on this? Just curious.

Kendall and his son Ryan at Cooltech are an awesome local option for your FGT. He has a garage/barn/workplace outback of his house. He replaced a clutch, put in a transaxle cooler, and added the Accufab exhaust on my Heritage. You are lucky to live so close, look no further.

Well, after owning my car for 5 years and having 3 boys under 11 years old who all play football I was able to get away for the rally. The rally is as much if not more about the people and friendships than it is the cars. I met a ton of great people I am sure I will be in touch for years to...

I will confirm this but the first report back is that the limit is 105DB for this event. Besides the nascar race this is the biggest event they have here each year. Put on by the Norcal Shelby Club.

Would be cool to see the GT's out there with the Cobra's and 65 and 66 GT350's. Gonna be a ton of Ford Nuts there, GTs will be more than welcome. I am running my 2012 Laguna Seca Kendall built, it's loud as hell so I will taking Ed's advice in turn 11:)
