    Lifetime warranty untill it breaks, then your SOL. In petunia's case, untill you install a digital boost gauge a few times. His warranty is DENIED, for sure. MAD your's is still intact.

    Leave the boot in the sun for a few hours, or use a heat gun on low an carefully heat the boot. Then the stiffner is easier to install.

    I would remove and clean the intercooler also. If the compressor blade touched the housing then some small bits of aluminum might be lodged in the passages of the intercooler.

    The motor can "freeze" in the last position given to it by the board. The motor will not automatically return to zero without input from the control circuit.

    There is no bearing on the needles. They are mounted directly to the motor shaft.

    In a way yes, the higher the voltage the lower the amp draw. The fuel pumps are DC motors, so the varation of voltage to a dc motor will change its speed. The boostapump will increase the speed of the dc motor that drives the pump. This intern will allow the pump to flow more fuel. The same math...

    Check the intercooler water pump. If the pump is not running the IAT's will rise. Once this happens the ecu pulls timing.
