    Anyone have experience with a Subterranean Garage Lift

    Check out Backyard Buddy four post lifts. I own one and this is a high quality lift made in the USA. I don't know if that will solve your problem, but at least give them a call.

    NO? It just lasts a long time. When I bought it, was very inexpensive. Might be hard to find now?

    A long time ago I started using pure glycerin on my door seals. Read it in a restoration magazine. Got it at my neiborhood drugstore, when they used to have those. My bottle is about 40 years old, and still half full.
