    Possible gauge protection solution

Jay, Looks pretty easy to build as you illustrated and Planecrazy said. Unless you need me to make a run worth while, I can build it. Thanks, Rick

    Possible gauge protection solution

Probably getting too many orders, but if you decide to do a run, count me in. Thanks, Rick

    Mc P1 vs. C7 Z at COTA

Love the way the P1 wing automatically goes flat when it accelerates. Very cool.

Got my Ford GT Recall Notice Today for Air Bag Replacement

Just got my second recall notice. First one was in October for replacing "driver and/or passenger airbag inflator" recall 14B04. The one I got a couple days ago is two separate recalls, 14B09 driver side inflator, and 14S28 passenger side inflator. Two separate letters that came in the same...

    Probable pricing

May be mistaken but I thought it was 300 per year for four years starting in 2016.

    Probable pricing

Nothing unfair about it, but it would be wrong. Probably 100K over that might be closer, and good luck trying to get one for MSRP with a total production run of 1200.

Let's bring the GT Guys to Florida (2nd attempt)

Eight hour drive from my house near Tampa, too far for me. Hoping it would be down towards Gary's place in Mayaka. It's fun to watch those guys work. Got to meet them and watch them do their thing up in Stillwater, MN a couple years ago.

    Mecum GT sale

No, I didn't go, just recorded it on DVR so I could fast forward through most of it. Seemed like some decent prices on a few nice ones. Not quite as nutty as BJ's, however some rare stuff brought huge bucks. Can't believe what some of the Mopar's brought.

    Mecum GT sale

Yellow with black stripe Ford GT with 500 miles on it hammered yesterday at Mecum for $300,000 plus buyers commission. Had optional wheels and red brake calipers.

    Ford gt @ bj

$473,000 including buyers fee seems like plenty for a 3000 mile Heritage car to me. Lets not get greedy now : ) $200,000 extra for a paint job would sound pretty good to me.

Post how did you get your GT?

Thought you were kidding. Much better.

Post how did you get your GT?

Too much work to read in that format. Made me dizzy. Beautiful car.

    There were actually 6 options?

What for? Did you grow a couple inches since I last saw you? Happy Holidays by the way.

Ford Performance: The New Ford Global Performance Organization

Almost anything is better than what Toyota uses...TRD. It may be short for Toyota Racing Division, but all I can think of is turd when I read it.

None Too Soon - Aston Martin

Saw that. My 2005 DB9 is a blast to drive, seems like new models get slammed for lack of technology. Hopefully this will get them back on track. I still think they are one of the best looking cars out there, but I may be biased.

    F-150 3.5 Ecoboost vs. 5.0 V-8. Want opinions.

I bought a diesel GL350 for my wife to drive. I am a diesel fan, just like the efficiency. However, I probably won't do it again if diesel prices continue to stay so artificially high. Here, regular gas runs about $2.55, diesel is $3.50. Kind of hard to rationalize the price of diesel. It...

New Aluminum F-150 SAE Presentation Nov. 18th

I know Audi has been making their A8 almost entirely out of aluminum since the late 90's. They are a very popular car in MN because of the quattro all wheel drive system. I am not aware of any problems Audi has had with corrosion up there and they use a lot of salt on the roads. I own a 1999...

    The New Shelby GT350

Wow, ask for white with blue stripes and there it is. Might as well dish out free crack to an addict. While I'm not a huge fan of the slots or vents in the front fenders, I would buy one of these in a heart beat. R model would be so cool but probably unobtainable to the common man.
