If it was a garage queen car with a coupe hundred miles, it would affect the price. However, with this many miles it tends to be more of a driver car. A quality job of replacing parts back to new with no frame or other damage seems to not affect resale value by much.

Seems there might be more to the story. If a fuse for the compressor was out, the compressor would not run. If the blower fan fuse was out, no air would blow. Neither of these would require A/C recharge. Not sure of any fuse that would allow everything to operate but not blow cold...

A bad or low battery causes the gauges to not work. Lots of strings on the forum about this. Give it a day or two of driving or a new battery, it may start to work.
