What ever happened to the wiper removal kit with the painted piece to cover the post?

what - the painted black DIY Pepsi bottle cap? ...... or the $8.95 + $9.95 Shipping and handling kit on e-bay?

but if you are like me - the one piece that covers the hood gap! not heard of..... :shrug

BTW - Extreme GT, what's the update on the screen debut?

Hey Maybe I should change my screen name to Awsum GT to the Extreme!

Air date is Sunday, March 8th... I hope I don;t look to foolish on the show. We were all a bit punchy and very tired most times during the building process...

I thought Somelee and Kyle were going to put something together?

The Black plastic covers used on the ends of the Ford Racing Transcooler lines happen to fit just great. Tested at (some ) speed at SAAC 33, and they held on fine.

Still think the wiper delete is the greatest "free" upgrade you can make!

No... I am talking about the panel that fits the shape of the cutout for the wiper painted in the same color as the GT with and W/O stripes that was posted here a while back.

I asked Kyle Millen at SEMA what the status was, and he said he was on it.
Obviously your the only 4 day man on this Extreme Board!! :)

better to be extreme 4 the day- than extreme for 4 days................

sorry Jerry that you were the latter but thanks!

Kyle has my prototypes in his possession......thats all I know.

Hey Guys,

I am REALLY sorry for not seeing this thread sooner. We do have Lee's wiper covers and we are about to start on them. These have been delayed by a few other projects that came up but those projects are wrapped up now. These shouldn't take long to make since they're so small, it should be a pretty quick job.

I apologize for the delay in getting these finished!

I expect mine "Extremely Fast" in less than 4 days!

Around here I think I'm going to keep mine. This place is like Seattle.

I am unscrewing the bottle cap from my water as I type this...Would you like that flat black or gloss back sir?

Oooooooooooooh! Poor baby! Try 24/7/365! :lol

For those interested in just covering the wiper splined posts (after removing the arms) it has been posted earlier Ace hardware has a set of 4 blister-pac black caps (believe the part number was even listed) which fit the exposed posts perfectly.
Couple bucks takes care of two cars....

...and one of those cars was mine. Thanks Bill!

I thought I had heard that someone(s) was coming up with the best of both worlds. (Redesigned wiper arms contoured to exact fit the GT in a much much lower parked position ). :thumbsup
