Coming home from a car show yesterday I was trying to out run some rain that was coming. The Turnpike entrace is a tight winding curve to the right. I was really moving as I entered the tight climb on to the turnpike at a relatively high albeit safe speed.. The car suddenly shuts off.
I went through the following steps so quickly that I was back on and up to speed in mere seconds. In fact it happened so fast I almost questioned that it happend at all.
I am in a tight turn ot the right. The car suddenly shuts off. I pull to the side. Set in neutral. re start car. Car starts fine... pull back out , up to speed again.
Was this some sort of oil starvation problem in the turn that caused the engine to quickly shut itself? I have heard about this in Vipers and I am wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.
The car has never skipped a beat before or after and I got home ahead of the rain.
