Why do people sell their GTs?

Absolutely. Nice car. Cats are nice too. Good for the ladies. Exciting?? Nope. Make you wanna sell everything to get it? Nope. There's always another nice convertible coming available. But for me the only open car I am lusting for is the GTX-1, which I am working on getting. :cheers Unfortunately, every time I buy something expensive my wife expects her weight in new jewellry to keep it fair.

Maybe. But the Z8 was/is not an exciting car, and it was and is only recognizable to the cogniscenti. Plus it had no predecessor with racing heritage. Most non-car buffs regard it as just another rich guys car. It don't stir the soul!

Plus the engine was readily available in a capable and practical alternative, at a greatly reduced price.
