Thanks for that insight. It‘s scary to see how many people operate in a financial unresponsible way. I often wonder what the real reasons are. I think over here in Germany we experience the same trends. Are these signs of our education systems failing ?

I listened to the documentary type radio program over the weekend. It is an in-depth story of the life behind the scenes in a new car dealership.
