It seems that these cars have clutch issues. I have the engine out of the car currently and am wondering who currently is selling the best overall clutch set-up for the street and track? Thanks, Dan Vargus

'No clutch issues if one doesn't use THIRD instead of 1st gear a buncha times. There are guys here on the 'Forum with mucho miles on their cars who have had NO clutch issues at all.

You might check out Stillen's after mkt setup.

Has anyone used the Stillen clutch?

Other than the reps for Stillen has anyone used their set up yet? Also what is included in their clutch package? Thanks, Dan Vargus

Yes. I hate to say this ...but ...do a "search" :usa on Stillen. There's a thread here on the 'Forum on which someone posted their impression of their new Stillen. I just can't remember who it was right now (whom?).

I couldn't find a "review" using search. It appears that the Stillen clutch is still pretty new and I can't find where is has been installed on any cars yet. The spec's and sales talk from Stillen makes it look appealing.

"Gimbal!" (Gimble?) THAT'S who's installed a Stillen. You might send him a PM & ask him about it. :biggrin :thumbsup

We should have a lot of feedback soon. Stillen was already soldout when I called. They are expecting another shipment in soon.

Whippled and 16,000 not a problem.

Both are whippled and driven, someone said it right.Don't be stupid with
gear selection. You learn how to roll on the power and hook up.

Mark, your point is well taken. I'm sure the choice of words was not intended to inflame.
One of the dangers of the internet is that often times things are written that would never be said eyeball to eyeball. I hope we all take a second and think before hitting the reply button. I have seen some needless swearing, and it does nothing to improve the message. Please gentlemen, think, we are here because of the fellowship and the cars we love.
Happy New Year,
