Thanks - should I look at an injector upgrade as well, or not bother? Best we have here is 94 and it's rare. 91 is mostly what we have all around here and it's 10% ethanol for the most part.

You had to add the mechanical gauge, right?
Fubar also had a pinched fuel line in the tank.
My experience with a old gen 1 3.3L running a 19lbs pulley will get you close the limits of the stock fuel system I was running about 85% to 90% on both the injectors and fuel pumps. During the mile runs with special gas an more timing I and a 21 psi pulley (but at 2100') I was over 90% on both injectors and pumps.
Because I was knocking on the door of running out of fuel, IMO no headroom for safety, I have just finished installing a Boost-a-pump. The should get me some headroom.
Here's Torrie working his magic while tuning my GT.

Do you happen to have a picture of an installed unit?
Is 800 RWHP the magic number where you need to add the BAP?
I guess I am really asking if there is any chance it would be necessary at say 750rwhp?
I have some great photos but I am in Vegas looking for EP at the Wynn :lol
Installing a BAP has been on my "to do" list since Torrie tuned my GT. I swear I will actually get around to installing one in the next couple of months. I just have to get all of these moving boxes out of the house.Looking at your A/F line , 5800 rpm is where your stock fuel system(?) starts to lose capacity compared to the 4.0 Whipple.
Do you have a BAP installed?
