What's the deal with this FGT ebay item for sale?

I keep seeing this ebay auction for this Ford GT display item for sale. Heck, I even bid on it the first time I saw it for sale but I did not win the auction.

It's very cool but it has been advertised for sale at least 6 times previously on ebay. Every time it's advertised on ebay it gets bid up to 3 or 4 thousand dollars and it would seem to always sell, yet here it is again, up for sale.

Anyone have any thoughts on why this keeps coming up for sale. Is it a cheep reproduction, a fishing exerciser or other?

I notice the listing states 2006 Heritage but doesn't this thing have the NGT logo? Maybe just for marketing or something silly, I dunno, prob doesn't matter. I see it states an actual 2006 GT VIN

Anyway, if you can't get this one maybe you could find a plain stand/base/clock like it and have the two graphic panels and clock-face graphic made, and make your own.

If you search around the internet you will find that this same clock is for sale with many different faces applied. it is not just a Ford GT clock. It is a generic unit with changeable faces and flags. cool piece but not all that rare
