My opinion is if you really plan on driving the car and enjoying it, why get a very low mile car with such a high premium?? If you will drive it only very limited, then the low mileage high premium makes sense.
I agree. I bought mine to drive. It had 13,000 miles on it three years ago and it now has 23,000. These cars are very reliable (Jeff has well over 100K miles on his ...) so why pay a premium for a garage queen that has to be serviced (belts and fluids) before you can drive it? And when you drive it, you lose a chunk of what you paid for. Remember, cars deteriorate if they just sit, leading to leaky seals, sludge, and more. If you want to drive it, buy a car that's known to be reliable, having been driven. A thorough PPI by an expert is a requirement.
