What have you done with your new Ford GT?

I did two events this weekend. Supercar Saturday at Lamborghini of Broward County and Classics and Café in Miami at Curated Auto. ... a good turnout at both events. Of course everyone is loving seeing the new GT. I ran into Brooks and got to see his new 720's. Nice looking car!

Gentlemen,

While waiting for enough time to pass before applying clear bra to H034 I taped it up enough to get it to 4 Car Shows where I gave out a bunch of mini Hot Wheels Yellow GT's to young kids. Peggy and I took it to dinner as well. This morning I took it to Protect-A Shield here in Scottsdale to get it wrapped so I can really start driving it. If It's done by Friday night it will be in two car shows this Saturday. Then I'm gonna take a week off and go hunting. Cheers.

November AZ Cars & Coffee

Gentlemen,

With summer FINALLY over and beautiful weather there was a huge turnout at Cars & Coffee this morning. Local clear bra installer Protect-A-Shield had two prime spaces reserved for my GT and it was surrounded all morning. Gave a dozen Hot Wheels GT’s to the kids.

My favorite Ford GT fans are always the young kids. Between C&C this morning and the Pavillion’s Car Show tonight I gave out over 50 Hot Wheels Yellow Ford GT’s. The little ones make me feel like a kid again too. Wonderful.

A fund raising event for our local Ronald McDonald House, Bob Kemp Hospice, Hamilton Health Sciences, and Sick Kids Hospital.
They asked if they could have my car on display to draw more donors. But of course I said.

200 NFGT deliveries!!

Gentlemen,

Every weekend I’ve been in town since taking delivery my new GT has attended at least one and often two car shows. At every event somebody walks up and hands me a flier with an invitation to another show. As my car travels around to different events I see about 15-20 groupies that show up to talk and stare at the GT. They ask where it will be next so they can be sure to be there. One of those is a 14 year old young man who knows everything about GT’s in addition to being polite and well spoken. After seeing him at about 5 different shows I told him if he’d meet me at the car when the show ended I’d take him for a drive.

We hauled ass around north Scottsdale as he recorded the trip on his iPhone. Great fun. DBK showed the way here with his first rider (and several since). Using this car to bring joy to others is most satisfying. I don’t rope it off unless the show organizers insist. I let lots of people sit in it. I’ve let several friends drive it. And when it’s possible I’m going to try to finish every auto show by taking someone for a ride.

But still the best thing has been giving little guys (and girls) yellow Hot Wheels Ford GT’s. So far I’ve delivered over 200 NFGT’s to deserving owners. It may be the first Ford they own and hopefully it will become a life long habit. All the best.
