John -

I spent quite a bit of the afternoon at the "All Ford Car Show" at World Headquarters on Sunday, August 11. Please give him my best wishes for a complete recovery, and let him know he is in my thoughts and prayers.

I would like to THANK everyone for the responses (together he and I discussed them all) as I knew many of you who met him would like to know about his setback. Currently he is admitted into National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington DC getting a complete daily workout and our hopes he will recover quickly. This will be a long term adventure with having to regain feeling/mobility on his entire left side but we are up for the challenge. For this to happen to your dad/best friend/mentor it is truly the toughest of times but it does help to feel the support everyone has given. We have no idea what each day will bring so make the most of everyday with family and friends.
