OK Tim, we have the guys down south in. How about something here in a few weeks at Hallet in Oklahoma. I think I might be able to arrange a track day. Or we can do something after the first of the year as a winter warm up run.

any thoughts you guys.... Hey Matt thats a big hint. Miss cruising the hills with you guys. Maybe everyone in our group can find boost this time. :lol

matt shultze. that is pretty cool. he drove the blue maxima in the fast and the furious. i think if i met him, id have to ask if his character survived in the first movie. cause they kinda left that open. im impressed he uses his name as his ebay name.

You can stop looking for #5. As a family member I bring my '06 Tungsten to the Cantwell Family GT collection. With 43k on the o.d. We must start looking for #6 soon.

BTW, if you want, I would be willing to drive the bumble bee car, from Todd's to your abode and/or up to Green Bay. I am serious about this and would be done at zero cost to you. PM me when you get a chance.

Todd, It took David a total of 14 minutes after we spoke on the phone to start this thread!! Unbelievable. Also, the first thing Tony asked me when I called him to see how he was progressing on his trip home was, "I heard you bought another GT." He has been driving home since Friday, and knew you had checked out the car, and I bought it by Saturday morning. There are no secrets with this group.

When I started looking for a GT last year, I was searching for either a Yellow/Black or a Heritage. I obviously bought a Heritage and now would love to figure out a way to get a Yellow GT. So needless to say each one that comes up on ebay I watch closely. Your ebay id kind of gave it away :biggrin

I suggest and will prescribe another Makers for ya! The ad was great - hthe sellers ego kept everybody away except who really truly wanted the car- a family member! :thumbsup

I believe that your observations about the ad are correct. However, I found the seller (Matt) to be very kind gentleman who has been a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me promptly and did all he could to accomodate our inspection, etc. He seem like one of "us". Everything is final as of today, and my transport guy who happens to be dropping off a car to Demolition Man in San Francisco is planning to pick it up for me on Wednesday this week.
