1) This is a running joke around here, David. "This year is faster", "that year is faster", "this COLOR is faster than all the rest", and so on. :biggrin (Now, truth be told - and I've actually proven this scientifically - a BLUE/WHITE '06 is actually the fastest car in "stock" trim.)

2) That'd be about 55% blue /45%black. But again, many times that TOO depends on whom you ask!

an in wrapper car still on MSO is going to be north of 195K .... you might want to look at a car with around 2k-3k miles.

I know where a few are in that range.
