Want To Add NSX To My Collection

Will be adding a NSX to my collection. Looking for an '05, Silverstone (color) and 6-speed. Low or reasonable miles with documented service history. Would prefer the west coast for location, but willing to travel to review a "no stories" car.

3 weeks ago, the Texas NSX boys held a 2 day rally in Austin. Those are cool looking cars. Got me interested. Maybe Q1 next year. They sent me a link showing stats on cars by year. PM me if you want the link as its on another computer.

Thanks to all of you for responding. The hunt is picking up with a couple of hits. A good hit from the SoCal area meeting my exact specifications: 12K miles, no stories (so says the owner), Silverstone, 6-Speed, no mods. Should have more info in the next couple of days.

hey i just saw TODAY a completely pristine silver 2005 that science of speed www.scienceofspeed.com just picked up. the owner chris wilson picked it up today or yesterday. he was telling me how immaculate it is.. i looked inside... still has ORIGINAL plastic over the door sills!! call him up idk if he is looking to sell or keep. i'm sure for right price...


ok just off the phone with his shop. yes he is looking to sell. idk price. it's an 03 tho. if you don't know, chris' shop is held in extremely high regard as pertains to honesty and workmanship. They do 100 percent of my nsx work, and i frequently see cars from across the country as well as around the world at their shop for work. fyi.

Last year of production was 05, depending on color, mods/or not, maintenance (up to date means that the timing belt has been changed recently), tires should be replaced on age, not mileage in this case. If it's white, imola or LBBP, a little more, other colors somewhere in the 60 area. Great car, had mine out this past weekend!!!

I really like the Nsx's having owned 2. My present one is a 91 that I've invested over 60k in which includes supercharger, intercooler, new 6 speed, clutch, brembo brakes, etc, etc, etc. Also full engine upgrade and rebuild by SOS. Dyno'd at 426 hp. The thing is a rocket ship! But alas I'm selling it since I really have a hard time getting in and out of it.

GLWS, but as an owner of both, I don't understand, the NSX isn't any more difficult to get in and out of than the GT!

Yep and if you look over my avatar it say's Ex GT owner. At 64 and multiple knee injuries I'm buying easier entry exit vehicles. Have a couple of Ferrari's and a Audi R8 Spyder. The Ferrari's might go next except their older models. :lol

PS. Don't get me wrong I love the NSX, to me it is the best bang for your buck out there. This is actually my second one with the first being a 2002. This one has been lowered too!
