Vin number

Hi Jeff
Do you chance have any plant pictures for Vin # 1FAFP90S96Y40053 ?
Thanks

Thanks for time and the effort Jeff. The excitement of even a remote possibility of pics of my car was worth it. Happy New Year up there. :)

Mike

Jeff,

Could you see what you have on my 2005
GT. #1967

Thanks,
Darin

I hate to pile on but here goes: a Heritage VIN 1FAFFP90586Y400304. And how did you get these pic's?

Thanks a bunch for checking!

Rick -

I was fortunate enough to get four factory tours during GT production, two at Saleen, and two at Wixom. I unfortunately was not allowed to take pictures during my first first Wixom tour, when most of the 2005 cars built for Export were sitting there in quarantine at Pre-Delivery, waiting for paperwork to clear. Some Forum members have also been kind enough to share pictures they took when their cars were assembled at the Plant. I have studied and blown up the pictures where I could, to try and identify specific cars by their VINs.

regards,

Jeff

Rick -

I checked, and do not have any pictures of your car - sorry.

regards,

Jeff

HAPPY NEW YEAR JEFF,
I did not get the 3 pics you found the other day?
thanks mark

Mark -

Sorry, I believe you mis-read my note in post #12 - I found three pictures of Reid's car (6-1704) - NONE of your car. I do have some pictures of a few similar Tungsten cars in-process that cannot be identified. If you'd like some of those, send me an e-mail with your contact info (full name and address), and I will send you some.

regards,

Jeff

If you have any info on a 06 1FAP90S76Y401282 would be greatly appreciated.
John

A Tungsten '06 ending in 1282 is listed in the GT registry:

Under the radar screen at:

http://66.165.180.20/

and then do web browser search for 1282. It's actually in there twice with two different screen names.

Wrong! :lol However, I WOULD say the NICEST pictures I have of your car, are the ones you have sent to me....but....I DO have other pictures of your Red rocket:

I still remember the snarl of your exhaust when you fired it up in the parking lot at Little America.....fantastic!

Red ones are the fastest!

Jeff

Thanks Jeff - Never saw those before. Great color depth! She was pretty new then, at SAAC 32.

And there you have it. Straight from the Cobra expert (and registrar) - RED cars are fastest.

Reid -

Yes, of course. I'll let you know whatever I have. I have been especially pleased to be able send some members pictures of their cars coming down the line at Saleen or Wixom. You never know.

Also - any of you other members who have in-plant photos where you can identify the car by VIN - please forward them to me - I'd be happy to be the repository for these. I keep data and pictures sorted by VIN, so I can usually tell if I have any relevant data with just a few short searches in my database.

regards,

Jeff
