I'm not sure paint correction needs to be done on the NGTs. 600 hours of prep, paint & finish by MM is unbelievable. I have been told by two clear film guys that the NGT is the best paint on any car.
My Alfa tub looks like this. Some mold parting film is still on it (reflecting the lift ramps). Does the GT tub look any different? I can't imagine ppf on this.
I did a bunch of places on the underside especially in front of front wheels (splitter), and down the sides (door bottoms and 2 access panels), and areas aft of the rear wheels (3 outside fins of diffuser on each side)
Ed, I disagree on the paint correct on the new GT's. Mine and several others I have seen needed a lot of paint correction. They were perfect after the correction though. Mine didn't need as much work as the other GT that arrived the same day as mine did.
Paint protection film is a thin layer of flexible material placed over a vehicle's body panels to protect them from flying rocks or road debris. This type of protective film can even save your car's paint from light hail damage or low-speed scrapes that would normally scratch and scar the finish.
I had the interior CF covered on the sill covers & throughout the foot wells including the metal passenger foot rest. Of course I had the underside at the front & under the doors double covered but not the rest of the underside.
