Donna's in too check in the mail.

In the need for full disclosure the check actually went in the mail today.

Post #1 shows whose checks we received.

I believe my wife mailed hers on Thursday.

We have enough to make it happen. 20 is just a comfortable cap. You know...like critical mass.

My wife asked me if she was on the list for the lunch last night.... I think shes slightly excited about the wine tasting. Please dont let her get too trashed, could be a long night of babysitting for me!!! LOL

All checks received and no rubber! Thanks to all!

Thank you!

The cooking class is almost full. We have 15 confirmed, one tentative, four spaces remaining.

The menu for the class follows:

Upon Arrival: Glass of sparkling wine

First Course: Beef Tartare - filet mignon, capers, grano padano cheese, lemon zest, watercress in truffle, and garlic on grilled ciabatta

Second Course: Surf and Turf Tacos - filet and shrimp in a lemon butter sauce with charred salsa and guacamole, accompanied by homemade potato chips and blue cheese dipping sauce

Third Course: Raspberry Panna Cotta

Wine Pairings: Each course is to be paired with a sommelier-selected wine

Non-alcoholic Options: coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks.

Master Chef Simon and/or his executive chef Tapia will offer instructions for each course during the demonstration.

The cooking class takes place the same day as the car show. We will arrange taxi transportation to the cooking class venue from both the rally hotel and the car show location. We will return in plenty of time to relax and prepare for the Wednesday evening rally event.

Questions? Contact Amy at [email protected].

Thanks for having this for this for the ladies.

We have achieved critical mass. This class is a go. Still room for latecomers/procrastinators.

Thanks, I know she's looking forward to it. We'll either get the check in the mail tomorrow or see about connecting with you in FL while we're there next week.
