That is definitely true but after riding in Andy's NGT at the rally, I was surprised at how much louder the NGT is than my '06 even with my FRPP muffler (on track at least). It was crazy and comforting all at the same time!

I rode in DBK's NGT & it has a nice rumble down low but when you get on it - it gets loud! It wails at high rpm & sounds like a race car. Oh, wait, it is a race car!

I think painting inside of tips would be the best solution, like black ceramic coating or something. Food for thought, that or just never clean it and it will all be black eventually.

Krylon matt black works great.
Do not hit it with a pressure washer.

Wish i could tell you if there was a for sure difference in sound. Haven't had the chance to park 2 side by side. I will try and do it as soon as possible. It sounds about the same to me though. You are paying the extra $ for about 20 pounds lighter, looks (subjective), and probably a more rare but expensive option!

To me this car is all about the technology that this car offers (aerodynamics, suspension, carbon fiber, ecoboost and titanium)!

On a side note we did have 2 side by side last week at DBK's. One with the titanium and one without. DBK took some video but not sure how it came out. The titanium is definetly a bit barkier (pops, rasp) when hitting the gas. At idle the are virtually identical. We even used a db meter app on my phone.

Comes out straight from muffler. Not a X set up

At MM I looked at both the stock and Ti exhaust systems and they look almost identical except for the tips. Factory Ti has the same size muffler as the stainless exhaust.
