So I called my local Ford Dealer, I need tires (really bad).
They want my vin, well I don't have that memorized, so I go look it up.
They plug it into their computer which doesn't like my vin.
So, after 30 minutes on the phone, I get tired and hang up.
My question, any reason to go to the Ford dealer or can I just go to a goodyear dealer. I know it makes more sense to go to the Ford dealer, you'd expect them to take better care of the car and such, but I really doubt it makes a difference, it's just tires.
Any suggestions? I'd really rather take it a mile away and wait than go 15 miles and drop it off for the day.
Of course I'll get Nitrogen fill and super high speed balance and make sure they know how to properly life the car to remove tires. (I never got a gt saver lift thing, I was thinking about just a 2x6 between the frame and lift).
