Tire availability 2005/2006 GT

I am having a hard time finding replacement tires for my 2006 GT. Are these tire sizes not manufactured anymore. Does anyone have an answer for tire availability?

But I have new Goodyear's on mine, and plenty of people post quite often that the Bridgestone substitutes are readily available, with recent production dates, and are better tires than the Goodyear's.

I was able to get Bridgestones from my local Firestone/Bridgestone dealer. Rears has a 2021 build date and fronts are 2020. Picking up Monday.

Yes, I just recently got a full set of Bridgestones (not my first) and I requested date codes prior to shipping, and they were all fresh.

Just to confirm as I am in process of ordering new tires as I still have the original tires on the car with 1200 miles, does this new size have any issues with rubbing (either at full turn or when articulating up a driveway)?

Hello everybody… I’m a proud new owner of a 2005 Red Ford GT with 878 miles. I put 100 miles on my car last week. I’m in heaven. Great car!

My local tire store manager found a GT owner that said these tires fit:

Bridestone Potenza
F: 265/40R18
R: 345/35R19

I ordered them. I will confirm when I get them installed.

Does anybody have experience and know if they will fit?
