I've been using the 345 A6 for my track tire but it is to low. I guess I can use the 315 but I'd rather find the "perfect fit."
The 315 is the perfect fit. Same as the stock tire.

I've been really pleased with the bridgestones...
To all you RE050A Scuderia users, how many miles have you been able to get out of a set of rear tires?
My second set of rear Goodyears is at the wear bars at 4,000 miles. Should I be able to at least match that with the Bridgestones?
Got my car about a month ago, had 4100 miles on it and the OEM's were also down to the wear bars. After speaking to Rich at the GTG, he suggested that I go with the Bridgestones, they're pretty quiet (well hard to hear over the Ford Racing Exhaust's music), but with the T&A drop and the extra width of the Scuderias, the car looks just right!!!!:thumbsupTo all you RE050A Scuderia users, how many miles have you been able to get out of a set of rear tires?

I sent off an e-mail question to Goodyear, stating that present stocks of the FGT tires were quite low, and the tires were quite old. Also, this was causing quite an increase in the asking prices for them. I was wondering if they were planning to make another run of the tires in the near future.
The following is the response I received:

Would you mind posting a pic of your car with its stance?Got my car about a month ago, had 4100 miles on it and the OEM's were also down to the wear bars. I have already put over a thousand miles on the new tires and really like them (so far)! I've put about 1700 miles on the car and that includes it being at the electronics toy store for 4 days, and the fact that I only use it on nice weekend days!!!

Yeah I know. I'm saying that I don't see a reason why they couldn't just make us the current Ford GT tire sizes in the new compound. I'm not an expert in tire production, but I assume they just assemble all the various components and then cure it, so the compound shouldn't really matter, should it?
... I can't see why Goodyear wouldn't, but maybe I'm missing something.
