You better signup today to have a chance to get on the list.

They will open a wait list at a later date if you miss it and if you are on the list you will be able to run (most likely Saturday and Sunday).

Has anyone been to Chase Field Inudstrial Airport to see what kind of condition the runway is id? Better or worse than Goliad?

just got a confirmation the GT still has an exemption for the roll cage just like in the past.

They are starting a license type of thing where you have to qualify to run the big speeds. They told me if you have run before they will use past experience at the Mile to give you the certain licenses and no need to have a outside license (read their new rules).

Sorry guys... wish I could be at this one too but will have to wait for October to run the Texas Mile again...

I will be out of the country trying somehow to get service on my internet connection so please keep it updated :biggrin

Ray,

While you are out & about in Charley's old stomping ground, I will be holding down the yellow GT fort at the Texas Mile. Kendall and Jason have assured me that 300 MPH will be no problem this time. I'll keep you posted.

I am wondering the same thing. Where is RV parking?

It does look like after the first 1/8 mile or so the pavement looks like it could be smooth.
