Yesterday my Buddy Ben Keating and four of his race cars which hadn’t been run since their last races as far back as 2015 came to MSR Race Track which is only 32 miles from my building location. You Viper guys as well as Mercedes, and our favorite Ford GT fans would have enjoy the day. They all were unloaded, tuned and exercised on the track by Ben. A couple of mechanics from Multimatic as well as his race crew, and race Manager Bill Riley and Chris Mealey from Houston worked hard to prepare the cars for their outing. Yesterday was horrible weather with cold rain all day and no rain tires for the Ford GT so it was careful navigating around the track for our LeMans Winner. Today was different for the vipers and the Mercedes race cars. The sound of the awakening race vipers was very interesting to say the least. I had a great visit with Ben and learned a little about his plans for 2021! Stay tuned, he’s going BIG TIME with three new race cars and a lot of series including LeMans! I’m very excited for him and his new ventures! Enjoy the pictures!
