My freind and Boss, the Mayor of Taupo is looking at buying a 08-09 750hp supersnake,I have found one at San Diego collection vintage cars on ebay #200382291655
does anyone know these people and are the good to deal with.
also If any of the supporting vendors our forum members know of a 750 hp supersnake for sale please let me know prefer an 09 ss in black but let me know of any if possible.:cheers

Yes. get the CSI # and Call Shelby in Vegas to verify the VIN# of the base GT500. Then check that the optopns match the VIN# & CSI#.

Just to let you know, an 08 or 09 725 HP SS is hard to handle unless you have had some training (crazy power & fast). The 2010 GT500 now has electronic controls to help. He might want to wait the long wait and convert his own 2010 GT500 (that's if you like the new looks of the 2010). I prefer the retro looks of the 08 & 09.

And don't forget the conversion costs! I'm not sure about N.Z., but my Shelby GT500 that I sent to Australia cost about $100K or more to convert and federalize.

It costs 25K to convert a Gt500 in New Zealand I had my father inlaws converted last year.
This one will not be converted as Rick will never convert a mustang as he says its a crime :thumbsup
