Beautiful, how did I miss the line up to order a set"?:thumbsup
Who did those?
Your left one is molded and the right one comes out of the tool tomorrow.......
Your door pockets are finished.
Your binnacle was clear coated tonight...............
A couple of things you don't know about will be ready for you by Scottsdale...
Trust me, you will love them!
Door pockets? :eek
Kingman and I met up with the Local Lambo crew this morning....we took a cruise from Orange County to San Diego. Stopped at Symbolic Motors in La Jolla and finished off with Lunch in Pacific Beach.
A very nice bunch of Guys and Gals:thumbsup
Chris was kind enough to invite me to tag along today. A great group of guys (with some very HOT honeys) that were very interested in the GT's. Chris was 'wowing' them with flames, and he had all the boys just drooling over his new 'Shadowman Special' doors (they are Lambo guys afterall....).
We took off from Irvine for San Diego and the first stop at Symbolic. We were all very respectful of 'Johnny Law'......when he didn't show up on any radar detectors...:rolleyes. I can tell ya Sam, these boys can't hold a candle to you when you are set on getting to breakfast!!!
There were 15 of us trying to cram into Symbolic's parking lot:
In 2005, I was told there were only 2 Silver Enzos in the US. One belongs to one of the Dyson family members who was trying to have the highest mileage Enzo ever. He drove it from Texas to Phoenix and met up with a group of us at Bondurant's. I remember Bob drove it on the track that day and spun it - our hearts all skipped a beat, but, he recovered and no harm. I wonder if this is the other one. Still my all time favorite car.:thumbsup
Additional bit of trivia gleaned during this trip:
This was the first time, and probably the last time I will look at mpg....
Nonetheless, I enjoyed a little over 15mpg...and believe me, we didn't waste any time getting where we were going. :eek
Ford GT = Mileage Champ?? That ain't right! :ack
