That's funny. :) Watching that video brings back an old memory. Back in 1996 when I lived in CA I didn't know who Buddy Hackett was, but a mutual friend knew I was looking for a cat and took me to their house. The entire second floor of their house was like a hotel for cats. His wife Sherry did Feline for Friends and said she had the perfect cat for me. It was a pure white, very fat fluffy cat (fattest cat I've ever seen), and was the only one who wouldn't tolerate being on the same floor as other cats. Buddy had named the cat "Al Jolson" and with a white furball on my lap, I sat and listened to him tell stories. He was so expressive when he talked!! I hadn't realize Buddy had died.

Ralphie--he was a classic. If you want some fun look at the Rodney Dangerfield videos on YT with Carson after he does his routines and lets Carson be straight man. Hysterical.

I'm glad wifey and I were able to see Hackett, Red Foxx, Shecky Greene, Rodney D., and so many other 'biggies' live in Las Vegas over the years.

'Never did see "The Rat Pack" in action though, dang it. 'Also missed out on seeing Carson there 'cause wifey insisted on seeing "Pelvis" A SECOND TIME.

Rodney got it right, over the academic prof. that has no real world experience. Sounds a lot like the most of people "working" in one of our cities.
