stainless brake lines

Hi hope you are well

I wanted to rebuild front brake calipers on track car, would usually crimp brake line to stop oil leek but have stainless lines is there a fix? Never done this before maybe if they are tied up they won't leek for too long need 5 days rebuild?

Yeah, you don't want to crimp these. You can either let the fluid drain out or you can purchase a cap plug for the opposite end of the stainless brake line.

OK Nota4re appreciate it, I actually took a bolt and 2 washers and closed up banjo reasonably tight and then raised line up higher to rest and lost very little fluid TY Steve

Another option I use is to stuff a pointed dowel into the brake line.
