I have the speedhut gauges fitted,, Very happy with them except for the Temp gauge, while warming up the gauge does not register until nearly at running temp, then it jumps to the running temp, then when thermostat opens it drops down to 0 again then will get up to running temps around the 160 to 180 range,, anyone else have this happening

My temp gauge spikes to 220 then back down and then to operating temps. Not all the time mainly when car is cold and first time driving for the day. they are good about fixing stuff!

When starting from dead cold, my temp gauge occasionally spikes to 200 from 120, sits for a couple of seconds, then goes down and has no more jumps. I could get it fixed under warranty, but haven't felt the need because that's its only misbehavior. I sort of feel as though it's just warming up itself :lol

My temperature gauge has also jumped a few times, but always seems to go back to accurate readings.

Could the jumping indication be air in the system?

could not be further from the truth! I have see the errors in my way I should be a convert soon, still have some chasing to do
