Speed in gears / up shift MPH?

So what are you guys typically driving in each gear...

Ive seen the top speed in each gear in top speed runs, but assume those are
at red line.

Not sure the speed, I normally upshift between 3-4k rpm, under normal driving, and shift to 6th at ~65-70 in hwy driving. During a recent trip to Mojave I yielded 19mpg, which was better than I expected.

They don't do badly when running in vacuum. It's when the boost is on that they suck fuel.

I got 21 mpg coming from mojave to phoenix, at an average speed of 85-90mph, with multiple hard pulls. I couldn't believe the mileage. Thats with a Torrie Mcphail tune btw.
