So Cal to Scottsdale Rally to Rally to Rally IV

It's possible - I'm going to try to have new rear rubber put on just before the trip to Arizona & Texas. My preference would be to have it done the week before we leave, and I'll probably have it done at Buerge Ford in Santa Monica, while staying with my daughter in Alta Loma.
So - tentatively yes, assuming I can get an appointment and get tires, an oil change and some warranty work done then.

No, damn it! I wound up getting the full Sparco suit at the Wine Country Classic at Infineon Raceway.
I put together a tentative schedule for the So Cal to Scottsdale caravan from the information I have. Everything is subject to change and I would appreciate input. For example, I know Atomic GT and KJRGT live in West L.A. but I don’t know in what parts thereof. Aloha GT and ENZO BTR may be able to meet them in WLA, too.
Ralphie is visiting in Alta Loma so I picked the parking lot for Ontario Motor Speedway Park (directions below) as a place to meet AMB and I. The group from WLA can also meet us there.
Jeff is visiting in Palm Springs so I thought we could get gas at the Indian Canyon Drive/Indian Ave. Exit and meet him there.
8:00 AM West L.A. - KJRGT, Atomic GT, Aloha GT? and ENZO BTR? meet.
9:00 AM Ontario Motor Speedway Park parking lot - Ralphie, AMB, Midnight Blu?, HiloDave and WLA group all meet here. Smell flowers (may be last chance).
10:30 AM Exit from I-10 at Indian Canyon Drive/Indian Ave. Go right to Chevron station located about 0.1 mi South on Indian Canyon Drive at Garnet Rd. - Meet PL510*Jeff, get gas and smell more flowers (if we can find any) - 30 min.
1:00 PM Blythe, CA - Lunch, look for flowers to smell, get gas - 90 min.
4:00 PM Tonopah, AZ - Get gas, smell cactus - 30 min.
5:00 PM Scottsdale - Eat, drink, be merry.

Go north on N. Haven Ave. (Turn left if coming from L.A. or right if coming from San Bernardino) 0.6 mi. to Concours.
Turn left on Concours and go 0.3 mi. to N. Center Ave.
Turn left on N. Center and go 0.1 mi. to the parking lot on the right (which is just past the park).
Turn right into the parking lot and meet there.

At reasonable travel rates, the "need" for that quantity of fuel stops is a bit over estimated. However, stopping to smell the roses isn't a bad idea.
Really looking forward to the pre "Rally to the Rally" Scottsdale edition and of course the Rally to The Rally and the Rally IV too.

Where are you staying Friday night? That may help in figuring out where to meet at 8AM Saturday.

Hilo Dave, if you are going to be in OC, then perhaps we should all meet near the Ontario Airport along with George (Midnight Blu). If there are a few of us coming from West LA, then we can just head out there together...you don't want to go to West LA from OC to then head east.
Thanks KJRGT. I was planning on Saturday traffic being light during my drive from THE OC to WLA but my meeting the group in Ontario may be a better idea.

Atomic is right about Saturday traffic in West LA, but if we were meeting at 8am or so that would not be a problem. I was just thinking about needless time and miles from OC to West LA to Ontario...
Perhaps we should plan on meeting at that mall located north of the Ontario Airport, at the 10 and 15 Freeway interchange.

I am convinced! I will join the group in Ontario. I will try to pick a place within the mall (is it Ontario Mills?) that will be easy to find and to get in and out of from I-10. (I met someone in one of the parking lots for that mall after Rally III and the two of us must have spent half an hour driving around trying to find each other.)
I found a place that looks easy to drive in and out of a few blocks from the I-10: The Ontario Motor Speedway Park parking lot. I have updated the schedule with directions to it.
